    We have failed to get our all matter whether it of proper scale of AE acp/macp 7500 for 50% timely promotion bunching benifits stop of harrasment in t&p .even what we had got upto time of sh p k mitra& sh m k mitra we have lost after then.now it is time for our assn to think about reason of failure in matter of welfare of members which should be main purpose of association.

    dear sir, my degree has not been entered in the seniority list of AE’s despite the fact that CPWD has granted me incentive for the same in the year 2005. I have also submitted the request in the month of Sep 2011 for the same with all encloses still it is not done for want of verification of degree. Now the issue is ” Who will pay the Degree verification charges” is any circular is there . Please help.

    Thank u all comrade for vibrant mode of communication. i have gone through the entire CPWDEA website, which has been updated with renewed vigour. The blog page is an interesting domain. i have certain observation which i want share with you. 1. The web site shall include the menus like Technical, where all technological updations on Civil & E&M services can be put forward by the all comrades from different region. The uploading of the same can be processed through the Regional offices of CPWDEA.
    2. There shall be a menu for the “Greviences & Appeal”, where the every comrade shall have the rights to put their plea either through Regional CPWDEA or by self. Our esteemed association is not meant for posting and transfer, rather it is related with the service matter of the members. Many members are not getting the proper attention due to their introvartness. Their Greviences can be highlighted and proper attention can be paid in time frame manner. It also increase the cohesiveness among the members. 3. As being an association of social creatures we are quite behind in tune of the social activities and acquitance. It is suggested to make an menu as “Achievement’ where the achievements of our commrades and their kids shall be projected to share the pride and glory among the members. Afterall we are a family.
    4. It is last but not the least that it shall be made a mandatory provisions to all members of the CPWDEA around 4 regions shall be enrolled through the the Regional body in the “Members” Menu meticulously. If any expenses involved in such type of wide social networking that shall be shared by the every members of the CPWDEA from different region. Thanking you again for such interactive mode.
