2nd ACP-Period of Diesnon & EOL withou MC not ot be considered for Pay fixiation

                     Pl find attached here with a clarification from the DOPT vide OM dated 18.07.2001 where in serial No.49 and 54 clarifies that “Break in service’ and EOL without MC should not be considered for Fixation of pay in 2nd ACP. This matter may taken up with the DG to issue Modified Order for the JEs, AEs ( C&E) & now working as  EEs (C&E). In this connection an Audit Para in respect of Mr.S. Gopalakrishnan AE( E), Chennai and clarification obtained from the Pr. Accounts officer, CPWD, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi is attached for further necessary action.
